Some products sold by Kanza Performance may be intended for closed-course competition, motorsport, or off-road use only. Where applicable, these products may not be legal for use on public roads or on emissions-controlled vehicles.

By purchasing these products, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for verifying all applicable laws and regulations in their region before purchasing, installing, or using the product. Kanza Performance is not responsible for improper installation, illegal street use, emissions compliance issues, inspection failures, fines, penalties, or any other consequences resulting from the misuse of competition-use products.
